The Bellinzona Pretura penale took note of the accused's withdrawal of his opposition to a decree of accusation issued by the public prosecutor. Applying Arts. 210 and 211 CPP, the judge struck the case from the docket, cancelled the already scheduled public hearing, and held that the decree of accusation had become enforceable. The accused was ordered to pay court costs of CHF 80 in total.
