The accused withdrew the opposition previously filed against a criminal accusation decree. The Pretura penale, acting through Judge Claudio Rotanzi, applied Art. 210 cpv. 3 CPP, struck the objection proceedings from the roll, and declared the decree of accusation enforceable.
