The accused filed an objection against a decree of accusation. At the hearing before the Pretura penale, the parties reached an agreement and the complainant withdrew the complaint. The court therefore struck the proceedings from the docket and returned the file to the public prosecutor. It also ordered that no court fee be charged and that the costs be borne by the State.
