ACCU 1 (difesa dall'avv. __________, Lugano)
interposta al decreto d’accusa DAP 2403/2001 di data 12 novembre 2001 del AINQ 1
preso atto del ritiro della suddetta opposizione con lettera del 28 settembre 2004;
visti gli art. 210 e 211 CPP,
decreta: 1. Il procedimento è stralciato dai ruoli e il decreto d'accusa è esecutivo.
Il pubblico dibattimento, già fissato per oggi, 28 settembre 2004 alle ore 16:00 non avrà quindi luogo; l'incarto è ritornato al AINQ 1 per quanto di sua competenza.
Non si prelevano né tasse né spese dell'attuale decisione.
