Resumo

The accused objected to a summary penalty order issued by the public prosecutor, but withdrew the opposition at the hearing before the Pretura penale. The single judge therefore struck the case from the docket, declared the penal order enforceable, returned the file to the prosecutor for further action, and ordered that no fees or costs be levied.
