The Schwyz Cantonal Court dealt with an appeal in a criminal case concerning neglect of maintenance obligations. hat der Kantonsgerichtsvizepräsident,
nachdem sich ergeben und in Erwägung:
dass A.________ (nachfolgend: Berufungsführerin) gegen das Urteil der Einzelrichterin am Bezirksgericht Schwyz vom 20. Oktober 2017 innert Frist am 24. Oktober 2017 Berufung anmeldete (Art. 399 Abs. 1 StPO; KG-act. 2);
dass das begründete Urteil am 26. Januar 2018 zum Versand kam und die Berufungsführerin mit Eingabe vom 16. Februar 2018 die Berufung erklärte (KG-act. 5);
dass die Berufungsführerin mit Schreiben vom 16. Oktober 2018 die Berufung zurückzog (KG-act. 30), was den Parteien mit Verfügung vom 18. Oktober 2018 bekanntgegeben wurde (KG-act. 31);
dass demnach das Verfahren infolge Rückzugs der Berufung präsidial nach § 40 Abs. 2 i.V.m. § 41 Abs. 1 JG abzuschreiben ist;
dass die Gerichtskosten der zweiten Instanz bei diesem Ausgang zu Lasten der Berufungsführerin gehen (Art. 428 Abs. 1 StPO);-
verfügt:
1. Die Berufung wird als durch Rückzug erledigt abgeschrieben.
2. Die zweitinstanzlichen Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.00 gehen zu Lasten der Berufungsführerin.
3. Gegen diesen Entscheid kann innert 30 Tagen seit Zustellung nach Massgabe von Art. 78 ff. des Bundesgerichtsgesetzes *Beschwerde in Strafsachen * beim Bundesgericht in Lausanne eingereicht werden. Die Beschwerdeschrift muss den Anforderungen von Art. 42 BGG entsprechen.
4. Zufertigung an die Berufungsführerin (1/R), Rechtsanwalt C.________ (2/R), F.________ (2/R), die Staatsanwaltschaft Innerschwyz (1/A), die Oberstaatsanwaltschaft (1/R) und die Vorinstanz (1/A) sowie nach definitiver Erledigung an die Vorinstanz (1/R [die Akten werden nach Abschluss des Verfahrens STK 2018 5 retourniert]) und an die Kantonsgerichtskasse (1/ü, im Dispositiv).
