Der Rekurrent verlangt - wegen angeblicher Terminkollisionen - vom Amtsstatthalteramt, es habe die Termine der Untersuchungshandlungen jeweils mit seinem Verteidiger vorgängig telefonisch abzusprechen (soweit es die Untersuchung erlaube). Der Amtsstatthalter weigert sich zu Recht, das zu tun. Entgegen dem Einwand des Rekurrenten kann nicht ernstlich behauptet werden, dass ein solches Verhalten der Untersuchungsbehörden den Anspruch des Angeschuldigten auf Beistand seines Verteidigers bei den Untersuchungshandlungen zum vorneherein vereitle. Wenn ein Verteidiger an der Wahrnehmung eines vom Amtsstatthalter festgesetzten Termins verhindert ist, ist es seine Sache, mit einem begründeten Gesuch die Verschiebung des Termins zu beantragen. Aufgrund der konkreten Situation und der geltend gemachten Gründe hat der Untersuchungsrichter alsdann nach pflichtgemässem Ermessen darüber zu entscheiden. Ein (generelles) vorgängiges Absprechen der Termine mit dem Verteidiger ist zur Wahrung der Rechte des Angeschuldigten jedenfalls nicht nötig. Die Auffassung des Rekurrenten, aus § 68 StPO und Art. 6 Ziff. 3 lit. c EMRK fliesse der allgemeine Grundsatz zur Absprache von Terminen mit dem Verteidiger, erweist sich als unhaltbar. Wenn es Amtsstatthalter gibt, die die Termine mit den Verteidigern abzusprechen pflegen, tun sie das, aus welchen Gründen auch immer (z. B. Zweckmässigkeitsgründe), freiwillig. Eine Pflicht dazu besteht nicht.
