The insured person challenged the fund's refusal to revise or reconsider its earlier decision, arguing that a later AI decision and its medical expert assessment showed a different view of work capacity. The court held that the later AI decision did not bind the fund and, by itself, did not justify revision. The mere existence of divergent expert opinions was not enough to show that the fund's decision was manifestly wrong. The appeal was therefore dismissed.
