The Commune of X. withdrew its administrative appeal by letter of 29 June 2006 against the judgment of the Fribourg cantonal social insurance court of 13 October 2005. The Federal Insurance Court therefore struck the case from the docket. It also decided that no court costs would be charged. The decision was communicated to the parties, A., Avenir assurances, the cantonal court, and the Federal Office of Public Health.
Withdrawal of an administrative appeal; the proceedings are discontinued and the case is struck off the roll. In the absence of a substantive review, the court confines itself to recording the withdrawal and deciding the ancillary question of costs; where it waives the levying of court fees, no justice fee is charged (consid. 1-2).

Considérant :
que par lettre du 29 juin 2006, la Commune de X.________ a déclaré retirer le recours de droit administratif qu'elle avait interjeté le 30 novembre 2005 contre le jugement rendu le 13 octobre 2005 par la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal administratif du canton de Fribourg,
par ce motif, le Tribunal fédéral des assurances décide :
1.
La cause K 195/05 est rayée du rôle ensuite du retrait du recours.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais de justice.
3.
La présente décision sera communiquée aux parties, à A.________, à Avenir assurances, Martigny, à la Cour des assurances sociales du Tribunal administratif du canton de Fribourg et à l'Office fédéral de la santé publique.
