The IV office of the Canton of St. Gallen filed an administrative law appeal against a judgment of the St. Gallen cantonal insurance court. Before the Federal Insurance Court decided the matter, the appellant withdrew the appeal in writing. The court therefore removed the case from its docket as withdrawn and ordered that no court costs be levied. The decision was served on the parties, the cantonal court, and the Federal Social Insurance Office.

Nachdem die Beschwerdeführerin die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde vom 2. November 2005 gegen den Entscheid des Versicherungsgerichts des Kantons St. Gallen vom 17. Oktober 2005 mit Schreiben vom 4. November 2005 zurückgezogen hat,
beschliesst das Eidg. Versicherungsgericht:

Die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde wird als durch Rückzug erledigt vom Geschäftsverzeichnis abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieser Entscheid wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons St. Gallen und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherung zugestellt.
