F. filed an administrative law appeal against a decision of the Zurich Social Insurance Court in an invalidity insurance matter. The Federal Supreme Court had ordered an advance on costs of CHF 500 and warned that failure to pay would lead to non-entry. The advance was not paid within the deadline, taking account of the statutory stay of time limits. The Court therefore did not enter into the appeal and, following its practice, imposed no court costs.

Art. 150 Abs. 4 OG; non-payment of the ordered advance on costs after a warning of non-entry leads to dismissal by way of non-entry. Where the advance is not paid within the set time limit, taking into account any applicable stay of time limits, the court must decline to enter into the remedy. In such cases, notwithstanding the general costs regime, court costs are as a rule not levied (consid. 1-2).

In Erwägung,
dass F.________ am 15. Januar 2007 Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde gegen einen Entscheid des Sozialversicherungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 29. November 2006 erhoben hat,
dass das Verfahren kostenpflichtig ist (Art. 134 des hier anwendbaren, bis Ende 2006 in Kraft stehenden OG [in der ab 1. Juli 2006 gültig gewesenen, gemäss Art. 132 Abs. 1 BGG hier noch anwendbaren Fassung]),
dass das Bundesgericht, II. sozialrechtliche Abteilung, F.________ mit Entscheid vom 10. Juli 2007 aufgefordert hat, innert 14 Tagen nach Erhalt des Entscheides einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 500.- zu bezahlen, und angedroht hat, dass bei Nichtleistung innert der gesetzten Frist aus diesem Grunde auf die Rechtsvorkehr nicht eingetreten werde,
dass der Entscheid an F.________ 14. Juli 2007 ausgehändigt worden ist,
dass der Kostenvorschuss innert der gesetzten Frist (unter Berücksichtigung des Fristenstillstandes gemäss Art. 34 Abs. 1 OG) nicht bezahlt worden ist,
dass androhungsgemäss nach Art. 150 Abs. 4 OG zu verfahren ist,
dass - obwohl das Verfahren an sich kostenpflichtig ist - praxisgemäss bei Nichteintretensentscheiden zufolge unterbliebener oder verspäteter Leistung des Vorschusses keine Gerichtskosten erhoben werden,
erkennt das Bundesgericht:

Auf die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich, dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen und der Ausgleichskasse des Kantons Zürich zugestellt.
