Resumo

The Swiss Federal Court dealt with an administrative law appeal in the field of old-age and survivors' insurance. After the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 12 February 2007, the Court struck the case from the docket as concluded by withdrawal. It also ordered that no court costs be charged. The decision was notified to the parties, the cantonal social insurance court, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.

Administrative appeal withdrawn; striking off the docket and costs: where the appellant withdraws the appeal before judgment, the Federal Court terminates the proceedings without reviewing the merits and orders the case struck from the docket (consid. 1). In such a procedural disposition, no court costs are levied if the Court so orders expressly (consid. 2).

Nachdem die Beschwerdeführerin die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde vom 23. Oktober 2006 gegen den Entscheid des Sozialversicherungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 13. Juli 2006 mit Schreiben vom 12. Februar 2007 zurückgezogen hat,
beschliesst das Bundesgericht:

Die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde wird als durch Rückzug erledigt vom Geschäftsverzeichnis abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieser Entscheid wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen zugestellt.
