considerando:
che giusta l'art. 42 cpv. 1 LTF il ricorso deve tra l'altro contenere delle conclusioni e la loro motivazione,
che per l'art. 42 cpv. 2 LTF nei motivi occorre spiegare in modo conciso perché l'atto impugnato viola il diritto,
che il ricorso non soddisfa queste esigenze formali minime già solo poiché non contiene alcuna conclusione,
che per il resto l'affermazione secondo cui l'insorgente non avrebbe ricevuto alcuna lettera che lo invitasse a fornire un anticipo spese dinanzi all'autorità giudiziaria non configura manifestamente una motivazione sufficiente ad impugnare l'accertamento con il quale il Tribunale amministrativo federale aveva attestato l'avvenuta notifica del decreto incidentale al suo rappresentante,
che di conseguenza il ricorso deve essere dichiarato irricevibile secondo la procedura semplificata (art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. b LTF),
che nonostante la procedura sia di principio onerosa, viste le circostanze, non si prelevano spese giudiziarie (art. 66 cpv. 1 in fine LTF),
per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:

Il ricorso è inammissibile.
2.
Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.
3.
Comunicazione alle parti, al Tribunale amministrativo federale,
Corte III, e all'Ufficio federale delle assicurazioni sociali.
