The IV Office of the Canton of Solothurn withdrew its appeal to the Federal Supreme Court against the Solothurn insurance court judgment of 6 February 2009. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the proceedings off the docket. It waived court costs and ordered the appellant to pay the respondent CHF 450.15 in party compensation. The order was notified to the parties, the cantonal insurance court, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.
Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 Abs. 1 BZP; Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; withdrawal of appeal and discontinuance of proceedings; Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG and Art. 68 Abs. 2 BGG. Wird die Beschwerde zurückgezogen, ist das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren im vereinfachten Verfahren abzuschreiben. Gerichtskosten können bei entsprechendem Anlass erlassen werden; die unterliegende beschwerdeführende Partei bleibt grundsätzlich entschädigungspflichtig für die Parteikosten der Gegenpartei. Die Abschreibung berührt die Kosten- und Entschädigungsfolgen nicht, welche nach Ermessen und nach Massgabe des Obsiegens/Unterliegens bzw. des Rückzugs zu regeln sind (vgl. Art. 66, 68 BGG).

in die vom Beschwerdegegner eingereichte Kostennote vom 22. März 2011,
in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerde gemäss Art. 71 BGG in Verbindung mit Art. 73 Abs. 1 BZP im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG abzuschreiben ist,
dass in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin nach Art. 68 Abs. 2 BGG entschädigungspflichtig wird,
verfügt der Präsident:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Die Beschwerdeführerin hat den Beschwerdegegner für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren mit Fr. 450.15 zu entschädigen.
4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Versicherungsgericht des Kantons Solothurn und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
