Z.________, represented by an association, filed a complaint in a social insurance matter against SUVA after the Basel-Stadt Social Insurance Court had not entered into the case for lack of prayers for relief, insufficient reasoning, and a missing signature after grace period. The Federal Supreme Court held that the complaint did not address that procedural outcome and therefore manifestly failed to meet the minimum requirements of Art. 42 BGG. In simplified procedure, it declared the complaint inadmissible and waived court costs under Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG.

If the appellant does not address the decisive grounds of the lower court’s non-entry decision, the pleading manifestly fails to satisfy the minimum reasoning requirements. In such a case, the Federal Supreme Court may decline to enter in simplified procedure under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; costs may exceptionally be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG.

in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass der Beschwerdeführer keinerlei Bezug nimmt auf die prozessuale Erledigung durch die Vorinstanz (Nichteintreten mangels Rechtsbegehrens und hinreichender Begründung sowie ausgebliebener Unterzeichnung der Beschwerdeschrift innert gesetzter Nachfrist),
dass die Beschwerde damit den inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen offensichtlich nicht genügt,
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist,
dass umständehalber gestützt auf Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG keine Gerichtskosten erhoben werden,

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht Basel-Stadt und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.
