The appellant withdrew her appeal against a Vaud cantonal judgment concerning public employment relations. The Federal Supreme Court therefore ordered the case struck from the roll. It held that the respondent commune, acting in the exercise of official powers, was not entitled to party compensation. The judicial costs were reduced and set at CHF 300, payable by the appellant. The order was issued by a single judge of the Social Law Court.

considérant:
que le retrait du recours entraîne la radiation de la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF),
que dans la présente procédure, l'intimée agit dans l'exercice d'attributions officielles, de sorte qu'elle ne peut prétendre de dépens (art. 68 al. 3 LTF; ATF 134 II 117),
qu'il convient par ailleurs de réduire les frais de justice à la charge de la recourante (art. 66 al. 2 LTF),
par ces motifs, le Juge unique ordonne:

La cause est radiée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2.
Les frais judiciaires de 300 francs sont mis à la charge de la recourante.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal cantonal vaudois.
