SWICA challenged a Basel-Stadt social insurance court remand decision in an accident insurance matter. The Federal Supreme Court held that the challenged ruling was an independently appealable interim decision under Art. 93 BGG, but SWICA failed to demonstrate any admissibility ground under that provision. In particular, it did not explain irreparable harm or the savings required for an immediate final decision. The court therefore declined to enter on the appeal and charged SWICA with court costs of CHF 750.

Absent such substantiation, and where the grounds are not evident, the Federal Supreme Court does not enter into the appeal (consid. 1). Costs are allocated to the unsuccessful appellant pursuant to Art. 65 and Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde vom 4. März 2008 (Postaufgabe) gegen einen Entscheid des Sozialversicherungsgerichts Basel-Stadt vom 17. Januar 2008,

in Erwägung,

dass es sich beim angefochtenen Rückweisungsentscheid um einen - selbständig eröffneten - Zwischenentscheid im Sinne von Art. 93 BGG handelt (BGE 133 V 477 E. 4.2 S. 481 ),
dass die Zulässigkeit der Beschwerde somit - alternativ - voraussetzt, dass der Entscheid einen nicht wieder gutzumachenden Nachteil bewirken kann (Abs. 1 lit. a), oder dass die Gutheissung der Beschwerde sofort einen Endentscheid herbeiführen und damit einen bedeutenden Aufwand an Zeit und Kosten für ein weitläufiges Beweisverfahren ersparen würde (Abs. 1 lit. b),
dass die Beschwerdeführerin mit keinem Wort dartut, dass eine dieser Eintretensvoraussetzungen erfüllt ist, und es der Rechtsschrift damit an einer rechtsgenüglichen Begründung im Sinne von Art. 42 Abs. 2 Satz 1 BGG mangelt (vgl. Urteil des Bundesgerichts 9C_586/2007 vom 12. Oktober 2007),
dass es auch nicht auf der Hand liegt, dass der angefochtene Entscheid einen nicht wieder gutzumachender Nachteil bewirkt oder dass bei Gutheissung der Beschwerde ein bedeutender Aufwand an Zeit oder Kosten für ein weitläufiges Beweisverfahren eingespart werden könnte,
dass die Beschwerde somit offensichtlich unzulässig ist und auf sie nicht eingetreten werden kann,
in Anwendung von Art. 65 sowie Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG (vgl. BGE 133 V 642, E. 5) und im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und b BGG,

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 750.- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht Basel-Stadt und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.
