The State of Vaud withdrew its appeal to the Federal Supreme Court against a judgment of the Federal Administrative Court in unemployment insurance matters. The single judge of the First Social Law Court ordered the case struck from the docket and, applying the rules on court costs, charged the appellant CHF 500 in judicial fees. The order was communicated to the parties and to the Federal Administrative Court.

Lorsqu'un recours est retiré, le juge unique statue par ordonnance et raye la cause du rôle sans examen du fond. La cause est radiée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

Les frais judiciaires de 500 fr. sont mis à la charge du recourant.

La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal administratif fédéral, Cour II.
