The Federal Supreme Court held that the appellant’s filing against the Luzern Administrative Court’s order was manifestly insufficiently reasoned. He challenged only the refusal of party compensation, but failed to explain why the cantonal factual findings or legal assessment were unlawful. The court therefore applied the simplified procedure and declared the complaint inadmissible. It also denied the request for free legal aid because the appeal had no prospects of success and was frivolous, and it imposed court costs of CHF 200 on the appellant.

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde vom 24. Februar 2011 (Poststempel) gegen die Verfügung S 10 487 des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Luzern, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung, vom 20. Januar 2011,

in Erwägung,
dass das kantonale Gericht in der angefochtenen Verfügung eine bei ihm gegen die SUVA anhängig gemachte Rechtsverzögerungsbeschwerde infolge zwischenzeitig ergangenem Einspracheentscheid in Anwendung von § 109 VRG/LU als erledigt erklärte,
dass es dabei dem Beschwerdeführer unter Berufung auf Art. 61 lit. g ATSG und § 193 Abs. 3 VRG/LU mangels Vertretungsaufwandes keine Parteientschädigung zusprach,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt,
dass der Beschwerdeführer letztinstanzlich sinngemäss einzig die fehlende Zusprechung einer Parteientschädigung moniert, ohne indessen auch nur ansatzweise aufzuzeigen, inwiefern die diesbezüglichen Sachverhaltsfeststellung der Vorinstanz im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG - soweit überhaupt beanstandet - unzutreffend und die darauf beruhenden Erwägungen rechtsfehlerhaft sein sollen,
dass demnach die Beschwerde offensichtlich unzureichend begründet und unzulässig ist, womit das vereinfachte Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a und b BGG zur Anwendung gelangt,
dass das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wegen Aussichtslosigkeit der Beschwerde bei leichtsinniger (in diesem Sinne bereits Urteil 8C_822/2010 vom 20. Oktober 2010), an der Grenze zur Mutwilligkeit stehenden Rechtsmittelerhebung abzuweisen ist,
dass die Gerichtskosten gemäss Art. 66 Abs. 1 und Abs. 3 BGG entsprechend dem Ausgang des Verfahrens dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind,
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Luzern, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung, und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.
