The Federal Supreme Court held that the appellant failed to remedy the formal defect identified in the court’s notice, namely the absence of the challenged decision, and that the filing also did not otherwise satisfy the requirements for an appeal. It therefore refused to enter into the matter in simplified procedure. Because of the procedural posture, the court waived court costs. The decision was communicated in writing to the appellant.

Nach Einsicht
in die als Einsprache bezeichnete Eingabe vom 2. Februar 2011 gegen eine Verfügung vom 24. Januar 2011,
in die Aufforderung des Bundesgerichts vom 7. Februar 2011, den angefochtenen Entscheid bis spätestens am 18. Februar 2011 beizubringen, ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe,

in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer den ihm vom Gericht gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 5 BGG angezeigten Formmangel der fehlenden Beilagen nicht innerhalb der angesetzten Nachfrist behoben hat,
dass die Eingabe im Übrigen die weiteren Anforderungen an eine Beschwerde nicht erfüllt (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG),
dass deshalb im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer schriftlich mitgeteilt.
