The court therefore refused to examine the merits of the challenge to the refusal to open a criminal investigation for abuse of office. The appellant was ordered to pay court costs of CHF 800.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Dem Beschwerdeführer wurden mit Verfügungen vom 2. und 29. November 2010 eine Frist sowie eine Nachfrist bis 4. Januar 2011 angesetzt, um dem Bundesgericht einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 2'000.-- einzuzahlen, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Der Kostenvorschuss wurde nicht geleistet. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht von Graubünden, Einzelrichter der II. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
