Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführer hat seine "Einsprache" bei der Vorinstanz eingereicht und ausgeführt, er fechte das Urteil vom 8. Mai 2008 an. Die Vorinstanz hat die Rechtsschrift deshalb zu Recht an das Bundesgericht weitergeleitet. Die "Einsprache" ist als Beschwerde in Strafsachen gemäss Art. 78 ff. BGG entgegenzunehmen.

Der Beschwerdeführer wendet sich dagegen, dass er wegen Drohung zu gemeinnütziger Arbeit von 60 Stunden verurteilt wurde. Er macht geltend, die Verurteilung beruhe auf der Falschaussage eines bewaffneten Briefträgers. Mit dieser Behauptung, der jede Begründung fehlt, kann indessen nicht dargelegt werden, dass und inwieweit die Vorinstanz den Sachverhalt offensichtlich unrichtig im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG bzw. willkürlich im Sinne von Art. 9 BV festgestellt hätte. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, 1. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
