The appellant challenged a judgment of the Aargau cantonal court in a narcotics matter, but failed to pay the court-ordered advance costs of CHF 2,000 within the deadline and grace period despite an express warning. August 2013 einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 2'000.-- einzuzahlen, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Der Beschwerdeführer hat den Kostenvorschuss nicht geleistet. Folglich ist auf die Beschwerde androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Strafgericht, 2. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

No. Because the appellant did not pay the required advance costs within the set deadline and grace period, the appeal was not entered into under Art. 108 BGG.
The court had set a deadline and a statutory grace period for payment of CHF 2,000, with an express warning of non-entry. As payment was not made, the consequence announced had to follow.
Allocation of court costs.
Court costs were imposed on the appellant.
As the unsuccessful party in the non-entry decision, the appellant had to bear the court costs under Art. 66(1) BGG.
