The appellant withdrew his criminal appeal against the judgment of the Canton of Fribourg Criminal Appeals Court. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the appeal off the docket as moot and ordered that no costs be charged. The decision was issued by the President of the Criminal Division with the court clerk.
