The appellant challenged the Bern High Court before the Federal Supreme Court. The single judge of the Criminal Division held that, as already clarified in the analogous case 6B_227/2011 and later case law, the complaint could not be entertained under Art. 108 BGG. The Court therefore issued a non-entry decision and imposed court costs of CHF 1,000 on the appellant.
Art. 108 BGG; non-entry into an appeal in summary procedure; where a filing is manifestly inadmissible or otherwise not receivable, the single judge may decide without full deliberation and refuse entry. Repeated submissions raising the same inadmissible objections may be disposed of in the same manner by reference to prior case law (consid. 1). The consequence is the imposition of court costs on the appellant; an increased fee may be levied where the filing disregards settled jurisprudence.

Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:
Wie der Beschwerdeführer aus dem analogen Urteil 6B_227/2011 vom 29. März 2011 und weiteren seither ergangenen Urteilen weiss, ist auf die Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten und ist ihm eine erhöhte Gerichtsgebühr aufzuerlegen.
Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 1'000.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
