A complainant who merely invokes the substantive offence, constitutional guarantees, or the ECHR without alleging a violation of the complaint-right provisions lacks standing to appeal. In such a case, the Federal Supreme Court shall not enter into the appeal under Art. 108 BGG; costs are borne by the appellant pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich dagegen, dass auf eine Strafanzeige wegen Entziehens eines Unmündigen im Sinne von Art. 220 StGB nicht eingetreten wurde. Der Beschwerdeführer beruft sich bei der Frage seiner Legitimation zur Beschwerde ans Bundesgericht auf Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 6 BGG. Er verkennt indessen, dass sich die Legitimation auf die genannte Bestimmung nur stützen lässt, "soweit es um das Strafantragsrecht als solches geht". Der Beschwerdeführer rügt nur Verletzungen von Art. 220 StGB, seines Anspruchs auf Achtung seines Privat- und Familienlebens im Sinne von Art. 8 EMRK sowie der UNO-Kinderrechtskonvention. Er macht jedoch nicht geltend, die Vorinstanz habe die Bestimmungen über das Strafantragsrecht als solches, also die Art. 30 bis 33 StGB, verletzt. Da auch nicht ersichtlich ist, dass eine andere Möglichkeit von Art. 81 BGG erfüllt wäre, ist der Beschwerdeführer zur Beschwerde nicht legitimiert. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt das Bundesgericht:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
