Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich dagegen, dass auf eine Strafanzeige gegen Unbekannt, "mutmasslich Versicherungen, Amtsstellen des Staates", wegen "Brandstiftung, Baupfusch, Quellenwasserverschmutzung" nicht eingetreten und im angefochtenen Entscheid eine dagegen gerichtete Beschwerde abgewiesen wurde, soweit darauf einzutreten war. Da der Beschwerdeführer einerseits als Anzeigeerstatter bzw. Geschädigter zur Beschwerde nicht legitimiert ist (Art. 81 Abs. 1 BGG; BGE 6B_12/2007 vom 5. Juli 2007), und da die Beschwerde überdies keinen Antrag und keine auf den angefochtenen Entscheid bezogene Begründung enthält und folglich den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG nicht genügt, ist darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten. Für die vom Beschwerdeführer angestrebte Administrativuntersuchung ist das Bundesgericht im Übrigen nicht zuständig.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 800.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons St. Gallen und der Anklagekammer des Kantons St. Gallen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
