The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into a criminal complaint by an injured person against a Federal Criminal Court decision. The appellant argued that she was the only injured party not granted a share of seized money because the fraud provision had been wrongly applied, which in substance challenged the acquittal of the accused. The Court held that she lacked standing to contest that acquittal in a criminal appeal. The complaint was therefore inadmissible under Art. 108 BGG. Court costs of CHF 800 were imposed on the appellant.

Where the appeal is not entered into, court costs are borne by the appellant pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerdeführerin rügt, dass ihr als einziger von einer Mehrzahl geschädigter Personen kein Anteil an beschlagnahmtem Geld zugewiesen wurde, weil die Vorinstanz den Tatbestand des Betruges unrichtig angewendet habe (Beschwerde S. 2). Sie wendet sich folglich dagegen, dass der Beschuldige in ihrem Fall vom Vorwurf des Betruges freigesprochen worden ist. Insoweit ist sie indessen als Geschädigte zur Beschwerde in Strafsachen nicht legitimiert (BGE 133 IV 228). Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Bundesstrafgericht, Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

As the injured party, she was not entitled to challenge the acquittal in a criminal appeal.
The complaint attacked the legal assessment of fraud and thus the acquittal; under the case law cited, an injured person lacks standing to appeal that aspect. The appeal was therefore inadmissible under Art. 108 BGG.
Allocation of court costs
The appellant had to bear the court costs.
Because the appeal was not entered into, costs were imposed on the appellant under the Federal Supreme Court Act.
