Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerdeführerin wurde mit Verfügung vom 2. April 2013 gestützt auf Art. 42 Abs. 5 BGG aufgefordert, den fehlenden angefochtenen Entscheid bis zum 18. April 2013 nachzureichen, ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe. Innert Frist hat sie sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Auf die Beschwerde ist androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Auf eine Kostenauflage kann verzichtet werden.

Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird der Beschwerdeführerin schriftlich mitgeteilt.
