In such a case, neither private criminal complainant status nor victim status exists, so the complaint is manifestly inadmissible and may be dealt with under Art. 108 BGG (consid. 1). Court costs are charged to the appellant pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG (consid. 2).

Beschwerde gegen den Beschluss des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, vom 20. März 2009.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerdeführerin wendet sich dagegen, dass eine Strafuntersuchung u.a. wegen Betrugs eingestellt und im angefochtenen Entscheid ein dagegen gerichteter Rekurs abgewiesen wurde. Da die Staatsanwaltschaft am kantonalen Verfahren beteiligt war, ist die Beschwerdeführerin indessen nicht Privatstrafklägerin im Sinne von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 4 BGG. Sie ist auch nicht Opfer im Sinne von Art. 81 Abs. 1 lit. b Ziff. 5 BGG, da sie durch die angezeigten Straftaten nicht in ihrer körperlichen, sexuellen oder psychischen Integrität unmittelbar beeinträchtigt wurde (Art. 2 Abs. 1 OHG). Als Geschädigte, die nicht Opfer ist, ist sie zur vorliegenden Beschwerde nicht legitimiert (BGE 133 IV 228). Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
