The appellant withdrew her criminal appeal against the judgment of the Tribunal de police de l'arrondissement de La Côte. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no judicial fee be charged. The order was communicated to the appellant, the cantonal public prosecutor, and the first-instance court.
Withdrawal of the appeal; striking a criminal case from the docket and costs: when the appellant withdraws the appeal, the proceedings are terminated and the case is removed from the role. In the absence of further circumstances justifying costs, no judicial fee is levied (consid. 1).
