The appellant withdrew his criminal appeal against the Solothurn cantonal decision concerning non-entry on an objection in a traffic-rule case. The Federal Supreme Court therefore ordered the case struck from the docket and waived court costs. The order was issued by the president of the criminal division in written proceedings.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; withdrawal of a criminal appeal. Where the appellant withdraws the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court may order the proceedings struck from the docket without a decision on the merits. In such a case, court costs may be waived. The order is made by the competent president in summary procedural form.
