The appellant asked the Federal Supreme Court to order cantonal authorities to grant him immediate and unrestricted access to all federal and cantonal enactments. The Criminal Division held that he did not identify any legal basis for such a duty and did not explain how he was unlawfully restricted. The complaint therefore did not satisfy the requirements for review and was not entered into under Art. 108 BGG. Court costs were waived.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführer beantragt, die kantonalen Behörden seien durch das Bundesgericht anzuweisen, ihm einen sofortigen und uneingeschränkten Zugriff auf sämtliche eidgenössischen und kantonalen Erlasse zu ermöglichen. Eine Bestimmung, aus der sich eine entsprechende Pflicht der Behörden herleiten liesse, vermag er indessen nicht zu nennen. Und inwieweit er durch die Weigerung, ihm sämtliche eidgenössischen und kantonalen Erlasse zur Verfügung zu stellen, "unzulässig eingeschränkt" wäre, sagt er ebenfalls nicht. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Auf Gerichtskosten kann verzichtet werden.

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer schriftlich mitgeteilt.
