The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the appellant's criminal complaint because he failed to pay the CHF 2,000 advance costs even after a grace period and warning. The court therefore issued a non-entry decision and charged the appellant with court costs of CHF 800.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführer wurde mit Verfügung vom 27. April 2007 aufgefordert, dem Bundesgericht spätestens am 18. Mai 2007 einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 2'000.-- einzuzahlen. Mit Verfügung vom 31. Mai 2007 wurde ihm in Anwendung von Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG eine Nachfrist bis zum 21. Juni 2007 angesetzt. Bei Säumnis werde auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten. Der Kostenvorschuss wurde nicht geleistet. Auf die Beschwerde ist androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 800.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Aargau und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Strafgericht, 3. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The appeal was not entered into because the advance costs were not paid within the extended deadline.
The Court had ordered an advance payment, granted an additional deadline under Art. 62(3) BGG, warned that failure to comply would lead to non-entry, and the appellant still did not pay; therefore non-entry under Art. 108 BGG followed.

As the unsuccessful party, the appellant had to bear the costs under the Federal Supreme Court Act.
