Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Da der Beschwerdeführer nur die Seiten 1, 3 und 5 des angefochtenen Entscheids eingereicht hatte, wurde ihm in Anwendung von Art. 42 Abs. 3 und 5 BGG an die von ihm in der Beschwerde angegebene Adresse mit Verfügung vom 15. Dezember 2009 eine Frist bis zum 11. Januar 2010 angesetzt, um den Mangel zu beheben, ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe. Die Verfügung kam mit dem postalischen Vermerk zurück, der Empfänger sei unter der angegebenen Anschrift nicht zu ermitteln. Der Zustellversuch ist indessen rechtsgültig, weil der Beschwerdeführer nach Treu und Glauben verpflichtet gewesen wäre, dem Bundesgericht eine Adressänderung mitzuteilen. Nachdem der Beschwerdeführer den Mangel innert Frist nicht behoben hat, ist auf die Beschwerde androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Ausnahmsweise kann auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden.

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
