Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen den Entscheid des Obergerichts des Kantons Bern, Appellationshof, 2. Zivilkammer, vom 24. März 2009.

Erwägungen:

Der Gerichtspräsident 3 des Gesichtskreises VII Konolfingen wies am 11. Februar 2009 das in der Betreibung Nr. 1 des Betreibungsamtes Bern-Mitteland gestellte Gesuch der Beschwerdeführerin um Gewährung der provisorischen Rechtsöffnung für Fr. 14'714.35 nebst Zins zu 5% seit 7. Juli 2008 ab. Auf Appellation der Beschwerdeführerin hin hies der Appelllationshof des Kantons Bern mit Entscheid vom 24. März 2009 das Begehren für den Betrag von Fr. 4'898.60 plus Zins zu 5% seit dem 7. Juli 2008 gut und gewährte insoweit die provisorische Rechtsöffnung. Mit Verfassungsbeschwerde vom 24. April 2009 verlangt die Beschwerdeführerin die Aufhebung des obergerichtlichen Entscheids und die Gewährung der provisorischen Rechtsöffnung im Umfang von Fr. 14'714.35.

Das Obergericht hat insbesondere den Restwert des Fahrzeuges bei vorzeitigem Vertragsende, den die Beschwerdeführerin der Beschwerdegegnerin im Umfang von Fr. 21'520.-- in Rechnung gestellt hatte, nicht berücksichtigt, da der Restwert des Fahrzeuges im Zeitpunkt des Vertragsabschlusses nicht bekannt gewesen sei. Die Beschwerdeführerin macht geltend, dieser Wert ergebe sich aus dem Leasingvertrag vom 15. Juli 2004. Entsprechendes lässt sich dem angefochtenen Entscheid nicht entnehmen und die Beschwerdeführerin legt nicht dar, dass sie dieses Vorbringen im kantonalen Verfahren dem kantonalen Recht entsprechend vorgetragen hat. Es ist damit neu und unzulässig (Art. 99 BGG). Die Kritik erweist sich damit insgesamt als appellatorisch und unzulässig. Im Übrigen legt die Beschwerdeführerin nicht dar, welches verfassungsmässige Recht die Vorinstanz verletzt haben soll. Insgesamt setzt sich die Beschwerdeführerin nicht rechtsgenügend mit den Erwägungen der letzten kantonalen Instanz auseinander (BGE 133 II 396 E. 3.1).

Auf die offensichtlich unzulässige Verfassungsbeschwerde ist daher in Anwendung von Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG i.V.m. Art. 117 und Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG durch die Präsidentin der Abteilung unter Kostenfolge für die Beschwerdeführerin (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG) nicht einzutreten.
Demnach erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 2'000.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Appellationshof, 2. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
