The Swiss Federal Court took note of the appellant wife's withdrawal of her constitutional appeal against the judgment of the Tribunal civil de la Gruyère in provisional measures proceedings. Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et la cause est rayée du rôle.

Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires, ni alloué de dépens.
3.
La requête d'assistance judiciaire de la recourante est sans objet.
4.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal civil de la Gruyère.
