The appellant withdrew his constitutional complaint against a presidial order of the Zurich High Court concerning a cost advance in a mainlevation proceeding. The Federal Supreme Court, acting through the presiding member, therefore struck the case off the docket as withdrawn. It also ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 200. The decision was served on the appellant and the Zurich High Court.

März 2009 zurückgezogen hat, die Verfassungsbeschwerde daher durch das präsidierende Mitglied (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt das präsidierende Mitglied:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Verfassungsbeschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The proceedings were discontinued and struck off as withdrawn.
Because the appellant withdrew the filing by letter of 26 March 2009, the complaint had to be removed from the docket under the applicable procedural rules.
