The complainant challenged the Thurgau cantonal appellate decision by constitutional complaint. After failing to pay the CHF 800 advance even within the extended deadline, and failing to prove timely payment, the Federal Supreme Court held that the complaint could not be entered into. dass der Beschwerdeführer den Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 800.-- auch innerhalb der ihm mit Verfügung vom 27. März 2009 gesetzten Nachfrist weder bei der Bundesgerichtskasse in bar geleistet noch zu deren Gunsten an einem Postschalter übergeben und auch nicht den (für den Fall eines Zahlungsauftrags) ihm obliegenden Nachweis der rechtzeitigen Vorschussleistung durch Belastungsbestätigung erbracht hat,
dass deshalb androhungsgemäss gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und die Beschwerdeführer kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),

Demnach erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Verfassungsbeschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
