Resumo

The Swiss Federal Supreme Court noted that the appellant withdrew her subsidiary constitutional complaint by letter of 24 April 2008. The president therefore discontinued the proceedings and struck the case off the docket. Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellant. The order was communicated to the parties and to the Cantonal Court of Fribourg.

Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP and Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG: withdrawal of a subsidiary constitutional complaint. If the appellant withdraws the complaint, the proceedings are struck off the docket by the president without a merits decision. As a rule, the withdrawing party bears the court costs; the cost order follows the general rules on costs in federal proceedings, as applicable via the reference to the BZP (consid. 1).

in die subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen das Urteil vom 17. Januar 2008 des Kantonsgerichts Freiburg,

in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin die erwähnte Eingabe mit Schreiben vom 24. April 2008 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch den Abteilungspräsidenten (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),

verfügt der Präsident:

1.
Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Verfassungsbeschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht Freiburg schriftlich mitgeteilt.
