The Federal Supreme Court held that the constitutional complaint against the Aargau District Court President’s order granting provisional debt enforcement release was inadmissible because it was not directed against a final cantonal decision. An appeal to the Aargau High Court remained available under cantonal procedure, so the subsidiarity requirement of the constitutional complaint was not met. The Court further observed that the pleading would in any event not satisfy the statutory reasoning requirements. The complaint was not entered into, and the complainant was ordered to pay CHF 300 in costs.

A constitutional complaint is admissible only against decisions of the final cantonal authority; where an ordinary cantonal appeal remains available, the Federal Supreme Court must not enter into the matter (consid. 1). Defective reasoning under Arts. 116, 117 and 106(2) BGG constitutes an additional ground of inadmissibility, but need not be examined once the absence of a final cantonal decision is established. In simplified procedure under Art. 117 in conjunction with Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG, non-entry may be pronounced by the divisional president.

Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen das Urteil des Gerichtspräsidiums Aarau vom 29. November 2010.

Nach Einsicht
in die Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen das Urteil vom 29. November 2010 des Gerichtspräsidiums Aarau, das der Beschwerdegegnerin gegenüber der Beschwerdeführerin die provisorische Rechtsöffnung für Fr. 1'520.-- (nebst Zins und Kosten) erteilt hat,

in Erwägung,
dass gegen das in einer vermögensrechtlichen Angelegenheit ergangene Urteil des Gerichtspräsidiums Aarau mangels Erreichens der Streitwertgrenze (Art. 74 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG) und mangels Vorliegens einer Ausnahme gemäss Art. 74 Abs. 2 BGG allein die subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde nach Art. 113ff. BGG offen steht, weshalb die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin als solche entgegengenommen worden ist,
dass indessen nur Entscheide letzter kantonaler Instanzen der Verfassungsbeschwerde unterliegen (Art. 113 BGG),
dass sich die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin an das Bundesgericht nicht gegen einen letztinstanzlichen kantonalen Entscheid richtet, weil das Urteil des Gerichtspräsidiums Aarau mit dem (von der Beschwerdeführerin auch erhobenen) Rechtsmittel der Beschwerde nach §§ 335ff. ZPO/AG beim Obergericht des Kantons Aargau angefochten werden kann,
dass somit auf die - offensichtlich unzulässige - Verfassungsbeschwerde in Anwendung von Art. 117 BGG i.V.m. Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass die Beschwerde im Übrigen auch deshalb unzulässig wäre, weil sie den Begründungsanforderungen der Art. 116 und 117/106 Abs. 2 BGG nicht entspricht,
dass die unterliegende Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass in den Fällen des Art. 117 i.V.m. Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG das vereinfachte Verfahren zum Zuge kommt und die Abteilungspräsidentin zuständig ist,
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Verfassungsbeschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Gerichtspräsidium Aarau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
