The appellant withdrew her constitutional complaint against a cantonal appellate judgment concerning definitive debt enforcement. The Federal Court took note of the withdrawal and ordered the case struck from the docket. It also ordered the appellant to pay a judicial fee of CHF 200. The order was issued by the President of the Second Civil Law Court of the Federal Supreme Court.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; art. 73 PCF in conjunction with art. 71 LTF: withdrawal of the appeal; the court takes note of the withdrawal and strikes the case from the docket. After withdrawal, court costs are allocated to the appellant pursuant to art. 66 al. 1 LTF, unless special circumstances justify a different allocation.

par ces motifs, la Présidente ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

Un émolument judiciaire de 200 fr. est mis à la charge de la recourante.

La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la IIe Cour d'appel civil du Tribunal cantonal de l'État de Fribourg.
