Resumo

The appellant withdrew her federal complaint against the Bezirksgericht Zurzach's order concerning free legal aid and legal representation in appellate proceedings about the modification of a divorce judgment. The Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the proceedings. In view of the appellant's financial circumstances, it waived the imposition of court costs.

If the appellant withdraws the complaint, the Federal Supreme Court discontinues the proceedings by way of removal from the docket. dass die Beschwerdeführerin die erwähnte Eingabe mit Schreiben vom 12. Februar 2009 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch die Abteilungspräsidentin (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und (in Anbetracht der finanziellen Verhältnisse der Beschwerdeführerin) auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet wird,

verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren 5A_68/2009 wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Diese Verfügung wird der Beschwerdeführerin und dem Bezirksgericht Zurzach schriftlich mitgeteilt.
