In a civil appeal concerning opposition to seizure, the appellant withdrew its appeal after the Federal Supreme Court had ordered security for costs and granted an extension. la requête de dépôt de sûretés en garantie des dépens présentée par l'intimée le 18 avril 2007;
les observations de la recourante, qui a conclu à l'exemption de sûretés, subsidiairement à leur fixation à un "montant approprié très largement inférieur";
l'ordonnance de la Juge déléguée, du 7 mai 2007, invitant la recourante à verser un montant de 70'000 fr. à titre de sûretés en garantie des dépens jusqu'au 25 mai 2007;
l'ordonnance de la Juge déléguée, du 7 juin 2007, accordant à la recourante un délai supplémentaire - non susceptible de prolongation - jusqu'au 15 juin 2007 pour le versement de ces sûretés;
la déclaration de retrait du recours, du 14 juin 2007, assortie d'une demande tendant à la restitution partielle de l'avance de frais;
les art. 32 al. 2 LTF et 73 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF;
considérant:
qu'il y a lieu de prendre acte du retrait du recours et de rayer la cause du rôle;
que l'émolument judiciaire doit être fixé compte tenu de l'activité déployée jusqu'à ce jour par la cour de céans (art. 65 LTF) et mis à la charge de la recourante (art. 5 al. 2 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 66 al. 1 LTF);
que les dépens doivent être mis à la charge de la recourante (art. 5 al. 2 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 68 al. 1 et 2 LTF);
ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

Un émolument judiciaire de 5'000 fr. est mis à la charge de la recourante.
3.
La recourante versera à l'intimée une indemnité de 5'000 fr. à titre de dépens.
4.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée en copie aux mandataires des parties et à la 1ère Section de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève.
