Resumo

The appellant withdrew its federal civil appeal against the cantonal judgment concerning bankruptcy opening. The President of the II Civil Law Division therefore struck the case from the docket and charged the appellant with a court fee of CHF 300. The order was notified to the parties, the Cantonal Court of Graubünden, and the Bankruptcy Office K.

Oktober 2007 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch den Abteilungspräsidenten (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),

verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 300.-- wird der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht von Graubünden, Kantonsgerichtsausschuss, sowie dem Konkursamt K.________ schriftlich mitgeteilt.
