Resumo

The appellant withdrew his federal appeal against the Aargau High Court's judgment in an inheritance administration matter. The President of the Second Civil Division therefore discontinued the proceedings as withdrawn. Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellant. The order also noted that a requested power-of-attorney copy could be obtained from the High Court.

Upon written withdrawal of the federal appeal, the President may strike the case from the list without further adjudication. Costs are to be borne by the withdrawing appellant pursuant to the general cost rules, subject to the applicable procedural provisions incorporated by Art. 71 BGG. The decision is issued by the division president and is not a merits judgment.

in die Beschwerde nach Art. 72ff. BGG gegen das Urteil vom 3. Juli 2008 des Aargauer Obergerichts,

in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer die erwähnte Eingabe mit Schreiben vom 14. September 2008 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch den Abteilungspräsidenten (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP), die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG) und dieser darauf hingewiesen wird, dass er die von ihm gewünschte Vollmachtkopie beim Obergericht anfordern kann,

verfügt der Präsident:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
