Resumo

The appellant withdrew his appeal against the judgment of the Aargau High Court. The President of the II Civil Division of the Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the proceedings from the docket as terminated by withdrawal. Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellant. The order was communicated to the parties and to the Aargau High Court.

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde nach Art. 72ff. BGG gegen das Urteil vom 3. Juli 2008 des Aargauer Obergerichts,

in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer die erwähnte Eingabe mit Schreiben vom 14. September 2008 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch den Abteilungspräsidenten (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP), die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG) und dieser darauf hingewiesen wird, dass er die von ihm gewünschte Vollmachtkopie beim Obergericht anfordern kann,

verfügt der Präsident:

1.
Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
