In a debt-enforcement complaint concerning service of a payment order, the appellant withdrew the filing after the challenged Bern supervisory-court decision. The President of the II. Civil Law Division therefore discontinued the Federal Supreme Court proceedings and struck the case off the docket. The court also ordered the appellant to pay the court fee of CHF 200. The decision was communicated to the appellant, the Betreibungsamt A., and the Obergericht of the Canton of Bern.

September 2007 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch den Abteilungspräsidenten (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 200.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Betreibungsamt A.________ und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern (Aufsichtsbehörde in Betreibungs- und Konkurssachen) schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The proceedings were discontinued and struck out as the complaint had been withdrawn.
