The appellant withdrew its federal appeal against the Zurich Obergericht’s bankruptcy-opening order. The Federal Supreme Court’s president therefore discontinued the proceedings without examining the merits and charged the appellant with a court fee of CHF 300. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 300.-- wird der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.
