The Federal Supreme Court held that the complaint against the cantonal order requesting an advance on costs in a divorce-modification case was inadmissible because it was not directed against a final cantonal decision. The appellant could still challenge the order before the Cantonal Court of St. Gallen under the CPC. As a result, the Court did not enter into the complaint, denied legal aid due to lack of prospects of success, and imposed CHF 200 in court costs on the appellant.

A complaint to the Federal Supreme Court is admissible only against final cantonal decisions. If cantonal law provides an ordinary remedy against the challenged order, the federal complaint is manifestly inadmissible and must be dismissed in summary proceedings. In such a case, the request for legal aid fails for lack of prospects of success under Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG. Costs are imposed on the losing party pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG (consid. 1-3).

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde gemäss Art. 72 ff. BGG gegen die Verfügung vom 31. Mai 2011 des Kreisgerichts A.________, das die Beschwerdeführerin in einem Prozess betreffend Abänderung des Scheidungsurteils zur Leistung eines Kostenvorschusses aufgefordert hat,
in das sinngemässe Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren,

in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG nur gegen letztinstanzliche kantonale Entscheide offen steht (Art. 75 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass sich die vorliegende Beschwerde nicht gegen einen solchen Entscheid richtet,
dass nämlich - wie auch aus der kantonalen Rechtsmittelbelehrung hervorgeht - gegen die Verfügung des Kreisgerichts das Rechtsmittel der Beschwerde gemäss Art. 319 ff. ZPO an das Kantonsgericht St. Gallen erhoben werden kann (Art. 103 ZPO),
dass somit auf die - nicht gegen einen letztinstanzlichen kantonalen Entscheid gerichtete und damit offensichtlich unzulässige - Beschwerde in Anwendung von Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass der Beschwerdeführerin in Anbetracht der Aussichtslosigkeit der Beschwerde die unentgeltliche Rechtspflege für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren nicht gewährt werden kann (Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass die unterliegende Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass in den Fällen des Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG das vereinfachte Verfahren zum Zuge kommt und die Abteilungspräsidentin zuständig ist,

erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Das sinngemässe Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.

3.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kreisgericht A.________ schriftlich mitgeteilt.
